Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
- Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 work days after receipt of payment depending on the nature of the item. For custom work the lead time may be longer.
- Some items may be pre-ordered or placed on back order. ETA's on these orders are estimated and may change without notice.
- We make use of courier services for delivery. We charge a flat rate for all major centers in South Africa. Should you stay in a remote location please contact us for an accurate quotation. There will be a surcharge for remote locations.
- DoodooBaabaa reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and final destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- Free Shipping applies to orders over R1,600.00 within South Africa only at the discretion of DoodooBaabaa on goods ordered online to all major centers (outlying areas excluded).
- Delivery costs are calculated for deliveries within South Africa only, orders outside of South Africa can be accommodated. Should you wish to make orders from outside of South Africa please contact us hello@doodoobaabaa.co.za
- Even though most toys are suited for 0months and up, it remains the responsibility of the parents to ensure the safety of their children at all times! Doodoobaabaa (Creative Decor and Flowers PTY Ltd) or its directors, will not be help liable for any injury or death incurred while playing with any toys or products sold by Doodoobaabaa!
- Collection point in Melkbosstrand, this is on arrangement only please!
Returns
- Certain products bought on DoodooBaabaa are eligible for return within 7 working days from receipt of delivery of merchandise at the discretion of DoodooBaabaa
- Please note that items arriving after the 7 working day return deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- The DoodooBaabaa support team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request has been received and approved, we will issue a return reference number for you to use. Please note that any items returned without an reference number will not be processed.
- Refunds will be made at the discretion of DoodooBaabaa.
- We are unable to accept returns for goods that are not in their original packaging.
- All products must be returned in perfect working order.
- We aim to process all returns within one week. Should you have any queries please contact hello@DoodooBaabaa.co.za
- In the unlikely event of the incorrect product being delivered or the product being damaged, broken or faulty, you need to notify us of the damaged/ broken/faulty product within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. Please email hello@DoodooBaabaa.co.za with a photo image of the damage, if possible. Make sure to keep all original packaging. We will ensure the correct/new product is delivered to you.
- Handling Fees may be charged and is calculated at our own discretion per each individual order. The handling fee will include transport fees and/or custom work included in completion of the product.
